<p>A method for forwarding email is provided, and includes: a transmitting mail system obtains information about that mail address is invalid, destination address of the mail is first address; the transmitting mail system obtains forwarding relationship between first address and second address; and the transmitting mail system processes the mail based on said forwarding relationship. And a transmitting mail system is also provided, and includes: mail preprocessing module, for obtaining information about that mail address is invalid, destination address of the mail is first address; forwarding relationship obtaining module, for obtaining forwarding relationship of first address and second address; and mail processing module, for processing the mail based on said forwarding relationship. The present invention overcomes the problem that the mail can not be received and forwarded because original address is invalid and therefore user can not receive said mail.</p> |
