<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive eye tracking method etc. capable of accurately determining a fixation point on a screen module of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The eye tracking method acquires an image 401 of an eye of a user, specifies a reference point 41 of the pupil and a reflection light point 42 on the eye from the acquired image 401, determines an angle θ of the reflection light point 42 from a distance d to the reflection point 42 from the reference point 41 of the pupil and an axis 43 passing the reference point 41 of the pupil, and determines a fixation point based on the distance d, the angle θ, and a preset data set to execute a process relating the fixation point.
