<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation burden by a user for assuring security of printing data appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation device includes a means for receiving printing data including the user name and storing the printing data in a storage means, a means for receiving input of medium identification information of a portable recording medium and for authenticating an operator by using a correspondence information management means for managing the medium identification information and the correspondence information of user name and password, a means for acquiring the printing data including a user name which matches the user name of the operator from the storage means and for selecting a print object among the printing data thus acquired, a means for acquiring a password which is made to correspond with the user name included in the printing data from the correspondence information management means and for storing the password in the printing data, a means for authenticating the printing data based on the user name and password included in the printing data which is selected as a print object, and a means for printing the authenticated printing data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
