<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program which efficiently manage a frequency in appearance of a prescribed state in processing which extracts communication results relating to the prescribed state of communication executed on a network. <P>SOLUTION: A communication information storage part 2 stores communication results including IP addresses related to communication executed on the network. A counter 32 counts frequencies in appearance of the prescribed state relating to communication performed with IP addresses having address values of respective blocks constituting the IP addresses, as transmission sources or transmission destinations, per address value on the basis of communication results stored by the communication information storage part 32. An address selection part 33 selects an address value on the basis of frequencies in appearance corresponding to respective address values.
