PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for maintaining lubricating performance under severe lubricating conditions such as a high temperature, high rotation and a high load. SOLUTION: According to the rolling bearing device, grease 10 held in an outer ring spacer 6 of a grease holding member 15 is dropped and supplied through a porous member 13 into a bearing in which balls 3 are arranged. The existence of the porous member 13 avoids the drop and supply of the grease 10 as a lump into the bearing at a time. Namely, a limited amount of grease 10 passing through the porous member 13 and an oil component of the grease 10 passing through the porous member 13 can be supplied into the bearing. This actualizes gradual supply of the grease and the oil component of the grease through the porous member 13 into the bearing while preventing the intrusion of much extra grease into the bearing at a time, resulting in an improved lubricating life.
