PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimple forming tool for a plane which can form dimples having various shapes in accordance with purposes with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The dimple forming tool includes a mandrel 2 attached to a working machine to be rotated, a rotating frame 3 fixed to an end part of the mandrel 2, a pressing member (30) protruding on the rotating frame 3, a stem 4 attached to an outer peripheral part of the mandrel 2 through a bearing 40 and provided with a rotation locking member (9), a fixed frame 5 fixed to the stem 4 and arranged so as to face the rotating frame 3 and rolling press members (B) for forming the dimples which are arranged on the fixed frame 5 so as to be retractable. The rolling press members (B) are arranged on a track of rotation of the pressing member (30) and pressed by the pressing member (30) to protrude from the fixed frame 5 so that the dimples are formed.
