PARTICULATE, MEDICINE PARTICULATE, AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THEM

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substance which is called as amorphous particulate and has new capability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The particulate is an amorphous body formed by dispersing an organic low-molecular-weight compound in an organic high-molecular-weight compound at a molecular level. A large sunken part exists on the surface of the particulate and has a diameter equal to or larger than one third of the diameter of the particulate. A medicine particulate is also provided, in which the organic low-molecular-weight compound of the particulate is a medicine. In the method for producing the particulate, a base material solution obtained by dissolving the organic-low-molecular-weight compound in a solvent including the organic high-molecular-weight compound is solidified by an electrospray deposition (ESD) method.
