<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise and vibration caused by sliding of guide rollers in the axial direction. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This elevator guide device has a stand 10 installed on a moving body 1 of an elevator and rotatable in a plane parallel to the traveling direction of the moving body at a right angle to a guide plane 3 of a guide rail 2, and the two guide rollers 4 and 5 installed on the stand by mutually separating in the traveling direction, mutually having a caster tray in the opposite direction and rolling along the guide rail. The two guide rollers are respectively supported on the stand, and exist in a rotational plane of the stand, and can rotate around the axis inclined to a guide plane.
