<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit which can perform temperature compensation of a current source circuit by a simple composition, and to provide the current source circuit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit 1 is composed preparing a second transistor M2 composed of a MOSFET of the same channel type as a first transistor M1. A source of the second transistor M2 which is a gate voltage generation means, is connected to a gate of the first transistor M1. Moreover, a third transistor M3 which operates as a switching element, is prepared in the temperature compensation circuit 1, and a drain of the third transistor M3 and a source of the second transistor M2 are connected in series.
