<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device that is improved in numerical aperture of sub-pixels while increasing the number of elements of G with high visibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device comprises a substrate 10 and a plurality of pixels 11 provided on the substrate 10, wherein each pixel 11 comprises a first sub-pixel 11a and a second sub-pixel 11b, the first sub-pixel 11a being formed by laminating an R organic EL element portion 18r and a G1 organic EL element portion 17g and the second sub-pixel 11b being formed by laminating a G2 organic EL element portion 18g and a B organic EL element portion 17b.
