PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a floor surface cleaner for cleaning the floor surface by using water to clean the floor surface of a narrow place. SOLUTION: The floor surface cleaner 1 includes: a cleaning water tank 21; a rotary brush 31; a squeezer 32; a vacuum machine 29; and a soil water tank 22. The cleaning water tank 21 and the soil water tank 22 are mounted on a cleaner body 2. The rotary brush 31 and the squeezer 32 are arranged at the lower part of a brush part 3 which is provided independently of the cleaner body 2. The brush part 3 is supported by the cleaner body 2 so as to be rotatable with the use of an arm 4. The floor surface cleaner 1 cleans the floor surface by allowing the arm 4 to support the brush part 3 on the outside of the cleaner body 2.
