摘要

Provided is an oily solid cosmetic that is capable in particular of effectively diminishing over a long period of time morphological problems, such as vertical wrinkles on the lips, and of maintaining glossy lips, and that comprises (A) a platy composite powder presenting interference colors, (B) a spherical composite powder wherein the surface of spherical powder having a refractive index of 1.40 to 1.60 is coated by a coating component having a refractive index of 2.00 to 2.90, and (C) 1 to 40 mass% of a semisolid oil component.  The oily solid cosmetic preferably further comprises (D) a heavy isoparaffin.
