The use of disposable materials, a strip of disposable material, made from Hidrotela, gauze, cotton or other, manufactured in the same way as a light duvet measuring fifteen centimetres wide by seventy-five centimetres long, containing three strips of newspaper ten centimetres wide by seventy centimetres long, this latter material being capable of insulating heat in the human body, is submerged in a concentrate of camphor and eucalyptus in quantities of fifty percent camphor and fifty percent eucalyptus, before being dried industrially. This "scarf" is used by wrapping it around the neck of the person wishing to protect their throat, upper chest or thorax from a cold environment, in extreme cold.
