<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem arising in such cases when light-emitting elements and driving circuit elements are mounted on different separate boards, causing a first current path and a second current path to become more widely spaced apart, thus making it difficult for the radiation noise produced by both current paths to be canceled out. <P>SOLUTION: The exposure apparatus includes a first board 210 on which light-emitting elements 202a are mounted and a second board 200 on which a driving IC 201a for causing the light-emitting elements to emit light is mounted. The second current path 304 is extended from the driving IC 201a that is mounted on the second board 200 to the first board 210.
