<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialing device which easily connects double dialing knobs and a pulley unit composed of two pulleys disposed on a concentric axis. <P>SOLUTION: When a pulley unit 11 is mounted to a body 2, an engaging shaft 17a of the pulley 17 for MODE constituting the pulley unit 11 is engaged with a bezel 6 for MODE connected to a dialing knob 8 for MODE, a gear unit 18a of a pulley 18 for A/M is engaged with a rotating gear 9 according to the rotation of a dialing knob 4 for A/M.
