<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocoke production process and an apparatus attaining miniaturization of the apparatus and efficiently producing biocoke in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In the biocoke production process including a filling step of filling a reaction vessel 2 with a biomass granule 11 and a reaction step of pressure molding the biomass granule 11 while heating the biomass granule 11 in a temperature range and a pressure range in which a semi-carbonized product or a solid product before being semi-carbonized is obtained in a close state and then cooling the resultant product, in the filling step, the biomass granule 11 is continuously casted in a hopper 3 above the reaction vessel 2, a pressurizing body 6 is made to descend to pressurize the crushed biomass by a pressure lower than the pressure range, then the pressurizing body 6 is pulled up to an upper part of the hopper and then made to descend again to perform pressurization upon filling, a pressure value and a position in the height direction of the pressurizing body 6 upon pressurization are detected and the filling step is completed when both detection values are in the previously set pressure setting range and height setting range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
