PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out efficiently a breed switching which changes a prescription of an additive to reduce product loss. SOLUTION: A polymer 26 is crude-dissolved in a solvent 27 in a solution tank 23 of a mixing part 15. After the crude-dissolved solution is dissolved by a first heater 31 and a cooler 32 at a dissolution part 16, it is filtered with a first filter 34, flash-concentrated at a concentration part 17, and pooled in a storage tank 43 as a pure dope 44. An additive necessary for each breed is prepared at an additive solution-supply part 50 and mixed with the solvent 27 to manufacture an additive solution 67. After the additive solution 67 is added to the pure dope 44 from an additive nozzle 51, they are uniformly mixed with a static mixer 52. When the breed is switched, an additive solution 67 for a new breed is added from the additive nozzle 51. An old casting dope 54 is extruded by a new casting dope 54 to a piping bulk C2 less than a piping bulk C1 of the whole process and replaced with it to switch the breed.
