PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip with envelope section which can be efficiently opened without a fear of cutting off inserted articles when opening. SOLUTION: The slip with envelope section has an envelope section of a type with one side of its portion of a sheet form open. The sheet form has an information display section and an envelope section divided by a cut off perforation line, and the envelope section has an adhesive layer prepared along the cut off perforation line and a stripping tape pasted on the top surface of the adhesive layer and an envelope top sheet with its three circumferences adhesive sealed. The envelope top sheet has a slit for opening to roll up the envelope top sheet and the slit for opening is constructed of a slit portion for gripping cut in a concave shape, two cut off perforation lines in diagonal direction formed at the predetermined angle each to the right and left direction from each end of the concave shaped slit portion for gripping, and two cut off perforation lines in straight longitudinal direction formed upward from each end of the two diagonal cut off perforation lines.
