<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in digital signal values obtained by AD conversion in each column when signal levels of respective vertical signal lines are the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes: a plurality of pixels which are two-dimensionally arranged to photoelectrically convert incident light; a plurality of vertical signal lines 4 each of which is formed in association with each column of the plurality of pixels and to which output signals of the pixels of the corresponding column are supplied; a plurality of comparison parts 11; and a plurality of reference signal supply parts 14. Each of the plurality of comparison parts 11 is formed in association with each vertical signal line 4 and compares an analog signal corresponding to a signal of each corresponding vertical signal line 4 with a reference signal Vref supplied to the comparison part 11 itself in order to convert the analog signal into a digital signal. The plurality of reference signal supply parts 14 supply the reference signals Vref to the plurality of comparison parts 11 without overlapping the supply of the reference signals Vref with each other.
