PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imprint mold structure that enables elimination, in particular, in a maker-only area where information that is important to boot and control an HDD (hard disk drive) is recorded and reproduced, the risk of causing recording and/or reproduction failures attributable to offsetting of the trace of a head or the trace of a patterned track in a patterned area, and thus enables elimination of booting failures and operation failures that are serious problems with the HDD. SOLUTION: In the imprint mold structure for producing a magnetic recording medium having servo areas and data areas, the data areas have one or more non-patterned areas which do not include a pattern to write user data and which are substantially concentric areas, each being constituted of two or more adjacent tracks located in the data areas. The imprint mold structure includes a first pattern corresponding to servo areas, a second pattern corresponding to data areas, and a shape corresponding to one or more non-patterned areas.
