PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating panel restoring and contracting a pin hole bored first due to elasticity of an elastic resin film layer even when the heating panel is repeatedly stuck with a thumbtack, a nail or the like, successfully maintaining the contact state with a grounded metallic member all the time even of a pin driven later, and thus, preventing electrification via the pin. SOLUTION: In the heating panel, a metallic ground sheet 1 is constituted by integrally adhering the elastic resin film layer 12 on the back face of a metallic sheet 11, and the metallic sheet 11 side of the metallic ground sheet 1 is arranged on the back face side of a surface material 2. The metallic sheet 11 is grounded, and an electric heater 3 is provided on the back face side of the elastic resin film layer 12 to form a planar shape. Due to the elasticity of the elastic resin film layer 12, the contact state of the grounded metallic member with respect to a thumbtack, a nail or the like is maintained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
