摘要 Provided are a device and a method for detecting a stopped state of a vehicle which are capable of precisely detecting the stopped state of the vehicle in order to automate an operation which is externally provided to the stopped vehicle such as an alignment adjusting operation; and an alignment adjusting device to which the device and the method for detecting a stopped state of a vehicle are applied.  An arithmetic unit (8) detects, with respect to the left/front tire (11), for example, an evaluation point (point G (11)) of the left/front tire (11) on the basis of the gravity point G (11) of a triangle S1 comprising, as vertexes, a point A (11), a point B (11), and a point C (11) which are detected by a group (3) of distance sensors; detects an evaluation point (point F (15)) of the left/front fender (15) on the basis of a point F (15) detected by the group (3) of distance sensors; and detects the stopped state of the vehicle (100) on the basis of the respective evaluation points (point G (11) to point G (14)) of the respective tires (11, 12, 13, 14) and the respective evaluation points (point F (15) to point F (18)) of the respective fenders (15, 16, 17, 18).
