<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel battery cell with enhanced initial power generation performance due to restraint of reactivity of an air electrode and a collector. <P>SOLUTION: Of the fuel battery provided with a fuel electrode, electrolyte arranged at the fuel electrode, an air electrode arranged at the electrolyte, a collector arranged at the air electrode, the collector is equipped with conductive metal and oxide, and further, the oxide is the same as the air electrode.
