<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply apparatus and a power supply system of a fuel cell vehicle which reduce costs required for construction of the apparatus and system and reduces the size of the apparatus and system. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply apparatus 10 includes a first line L1, a second line L2, and a third line L3 each having a different potential, a battery circuit 10a having a fuel cell stack 11 and a battery 12 connected in series to each other, and a first DC-DC converter 13. Both ends of the battery circuit 10a are connected to the first line L1 and the third line L3, a point of connection between the fuel cell stack 11 and the battery 12 of the battery circuit 10a is connected to the second line L2, and the primary end of the first DC-DC converter 13 is connected to the second line L2 and the third line L3 while the secondary end of the first DC-DC converter 13 is connected to the first line L1 and the third line L3.
