<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a gas passage layer for a fuel cell in which a metal oxide can be removed effectively from a metal foam sintered porous body forming a gas passage layer of a fuel cell and the metal foam sintered porous body, superior in current collection performance, and of a pore dimension capable of adjusting the pressure loss against a gas flow to a desired range can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a gas passage layer consisting of a metal foam sintered porous body to constitute a part of the fuel cell and comprises a first process in which a paste consisting of metal particles, a foaming material, and solvent is calcined and an intermediate body of the metal foam sintered porous body is manufactured and a second process in which the intermediate body is etching treated by immersing in an acid for 10 seconds to 130 seconds time range, and the metal oxide is eluted and the metal foam sintered porous body is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
