<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phenolic resin-molding material excellent in compression strengths, heat resistance and abrasion resistance and has small anisotropy in dimensional changes, and to provide a brake piston using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The phenolic resin-molding material comprises as essential ingredients (A) a phenolic resin, (B) a glass fiber, (C) wollastonite and (D) an inorganic filler, wherein the glass fiber (B) has an average fiber length of 0.1-3.0 mm and the content of the glass fiber (B) is 1-5 wt.% based on the whole phenolic resin-molding material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
