<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic balance type current sensor using a coil for negative feedback, the coil improved in productivity and miniaturized easily as compared with the case where a wire is wound around a ring-like magnetic core. <P>SOLUTION: First and second printed circuit boards 31, 32 sandwich the ring-like magnetic core 15 from both the sides in a thickness direction and oppose each other. First and second conductive patterns 41, 42 are formed on the first and second printed circuit boards 31, 32, respectively, and are mutually connected by continuity pins as continuity means. In the coil L for negative feedback, a coil conductor is composed around the ring-like magnetic core 15 by the first and second conductive patterns 41, 42 and the continuity pins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
