PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information to a user in a short period of time without impairing the driving safety of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A vehicle interior voice interaction device includes: a passenger detection section for detecting a seat position of a passenger in the vehicle; a voice output section for outputting text information by converting it to voice; an image display section for displaying the text information by converting it to an image; and a switching section which selects either the voice output section or the image display section based on the detection result of the passenger detection section, and which outputs the text information to the selected voice output section or the image display section.
