PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled bread dough-molding apparatus which is used for molding bread dough in a rolled shape as preparation for baking bread, and can adjust the positions of conveyed bread dough. SOLUTION: The rolled bread dough-molding apparatus has a belt conveyer 10, bamboo blind-like rolling members 12 which are disposed to be put on the bread dough-mounting surface 11 of the belt conveyer and form the conveyed sheet-like bread dough into a rolled shape, and a pair of guide members 14 disposed on both the sides of a bread dough-conveying path between the bamboo blind-like rolling members and the bread dough-mounting surface 11.
