<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure, in which misalignment of a chip end part of a band shaped part extending from a connection part and removal of the connection part is prevented even when the connection part of a flexible substrate is bonded to a predetermined position of a base with a double-side tape, and to provide an electro-optical device provided with the mounting structure, and an electronic device provided with the electro-optical device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes: the connection part 57 bonded to a liquid crystal panel with the double-sided tape; and a cut part 531 on a corner part with the band shaped part 58 extending from the connection part 57. Therefore, as narrow width parts 530 are formed on the connection part 57 and the band shaped part 58, even when a distance between a chip end part 59 of the band shaped part 58 and a position of the connection part 57 to be bonded is too short or too long, such the misalignment is absorbed by deformation of the flexible substrate 50 at the narrow width part 530 in an in-plane direction.
