PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chassis upper-and-lower cargo bed type trailer for enabling mass transportation and enhancing stability. SOLUTION: The trailer 1 includes a chassis 6, a box type upper part cargo box 4 arranged on the chassis 6 over its substantially entire length, wheels 7 arranged at a rear part of a lower part of the chassis 6 and a connection part 8 with a tractor 2. The trailer 1 has a box type lower part cargo box 5 in a space between the connection part 8 and the wheels 7 at the lower part of the chassis 6 so that the trailer 1 does not interfere with rear wheels of wheels 9 of the tractor 2 when the trailer 1 is connected with the tractor 2. With this structure, as cargos are loaded on the lower part cargo box 5 as well as the upper part cargo box 4, mass transportation is enabled and stability is enhanced as its center of gravity is lowered when the cargos are loaded on the lower part cargo box 5.
