摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building excellent in practicality and functionality and capable of decreasing a load borne with columns and beams of the building, by decreasing the thickness of a concrete slab. SOLUTION: The building 1 of reinforced concrete construction includes a plurality of stories. Between the stories of the building 1, the concrete slab 4 in dimension thinner than the girder depth of girders 3 connected to the columns 2 is provided in the middle of the girders 3 in the height-direction. Reversed beams 5 are protrusively provided on the top surface of the concrete slab 4 while the top surfaces of the reversed beams 5 are set approximately flush with those of the girders 3. A common joist 7 having a depth with a space above the top surface of the concrete slab 4 is laid between the girder 3 and the reversed beam 5 as well as between the reversed beams 5 and 5. A floor board 8 is provided on the girders 3, the reversed beams 5 and the top surfaces of the common joints 7, and a ceiling board 6 is provided apart from the undersurface of the concrete slab 4 on the girders 3.
