PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling a mobile terminal to access to a wireless cellular telecommunication network that includes a plurality of base stations and a core network apparatus. SOLUTION: Mobile terminals MT1, MT2 are permitted to gain access to a wireless cellular telecommunication network via at least one first base station BS1 that is identified in a list, and do not store information that allows a signal transferred by second base station BS2, BS3 to be identified. One second base station BS2 receives, from a core network apparatus CN, a message that requests the second base station BS2 to transfer a signal to be transferred by the first base station BS1, obtains information for identifying the first base station BS1, broadcasts a signal for identifying the first base station BS1, transfers the signal to be transferred by the first base station BS1 to the mobile terminals MT1, MT2, and receives a signal directed to the first base station BS1 from the mobile terminals MT1, MT2.
