Disclosed are microcapsules comprising: (A) 50 to 95 parts by weight of lipophilic core material that has a solid/liquid phase transition at a temperature ranging from -20 to 120°C; (B) 4 to 50 parts by weight of capsule wall; and (C) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of at least one color or coloring matter selected from oil-soluble colors and oil-soluble whitening agents, the parts by weight being in relation to the total weight of the respective microcapsule.
