TONGUE POSITION CONTROLLER

Disclosed is a device which is capable of effectively improving obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) while reducing psychosomatic burden onto a patient and restraining generation of side effects and lowering of compliance. The tongue position controller comprises a mounting part consisting of a splint applied onto the lower jaw dentition, and a capsule which is provided at the inside curved part of the upper surface of the splint so as to cover at least a part of the tongue when the splint is applied onto the lower jaw dentition and includes a through hole which is positioned at the tip end portion of the tongue when the splint is applied, a pressure generator for generating a negative pressure, and a tube connecting the through hole and the pressure generator.
