<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release agent spraying device with a mixing block where a release agent hardly remains in a release agent distribution flow passage after the completion of spraying stages, and a series of spraying stages can be completed in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In a mixing block 7, an air distribution flow passage 71 and a release agent distribution flow passage 72 are formed. The release agent distribution flow passage 72 has an elliptic plane shape, whose cross-sectional shape is formed so as to be a downward channel shape, and in which both the edge parts in the longitudinal direction are provided with a release agent introduction flow passage 75 having a circular cross section. The release agent introduction flow passage 75 is formed in such a manner that a part of the circumference is contacted with the bottom face 72a of the release agent distribution flow passage 72, and the release agent distribution flow passage 72 and the release agent introduction flow passage 75 are partially communicate with each other without having a level difference.
