<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration implement and the like which enables the opening thereof to be spread through a simple operation, and can be stably placed on a cup. <P>SOLUTION: The filtration implement 1 includes a filtration bag 10 that contains a material 101 to be extracted, and a support implement 20 that supports the filtration bag 10 and that has an annular shape constituted with nearly rectangular sheets superposed and joined on the minor sides 11 thereof. The filtration implement 1 is placed on the upper edge on the open side of a container 100, hot water is poured onto the material 101 to be extracted stored in the filtration bag 10 and extracted liquid is extracted, which is filtered by the filtration bag 10 and made to flow down into the container 100.
