<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a ripple of a power supply 1g, which deteriorates with time, of a digital protection control device 100, indicate the current state of deterioration and the time to a failure, thereby improving maintainability. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply ripple monitoring substrate 1h is installed in an available region of the digital protection control device 100 having an available mount region. The power supply ripple monitoring substrate 1h is provided with a peak hold means for holding a peak of a power supply voltage, and an indicator part 1i for indicating information in accordance with the output of the power supply ripple monitoring substrate.
