PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and small-scaled transmission circuit reduced in signal distortion. SOLUTION: A branch present between a transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit and the receiving circuit are connected by a pair of signal lines constituted of a high voltage signal line and a low voltage signal line. Furthermore, a cathode of a diode is connected with the high voltage signal line and an anode is connected with the low voltage signal line. The transmitting circuit acquires transmission information and sets a potential difference between the high voltage signal line and the low voltage signal line connecting the branch and the receiving circuit to a potential different corresponding to the acquired transmission information and generates differential signals.
