PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vinyl chloride resin tube which is excellent in surface smoothness as a vinyl chloride resin tube and durability. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing the hard vinyl chloride resin tube, a vinyl chloride resin composition containing a crosslinkable vinyl chloride copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride monomer and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a vinyl silane compound expressed by a formula: CH<SB>2</SB>=CH-SiR<SB>n</SB>X<SB>3-n</SB>(wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group; X is a 1-3C alkoxy group; and n is an integer of 0-2), a tin mercapto compound, and a tin maleate catalyst is supplied into an extruder, a tubular molding is molded by carrying out decompression from a vent hole during extrusion, and the tubular molding is crosslinked.
