摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium battery exterior sheet in which electrolytic solution resistance property is superior and whitening can be suppressed. SOLUTION: This lithium battery exterior sheet 10 comprises a laminated body in which at least an aluminum foil layer (AL) 13, an adhesive resin layer (AR) 15, and a sealant layer (SL) 16 are sequentially laminated. The adhesive resin layer (AR) 15 contains 50 to 99 wt.% of resin composition (A) containing modified polyolefin resin (A-1) and 1 to 50 wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer (B). The thermoplastic elastomer (B) forms a micro-phase separation structure against the modified polyolefin resin (A-1) of which a dispersion-phase size ranges from 1 to 200 nm. The melting point (Tm(AR)) of the adhesive resin layer (AR) 15 and the melting point (Tm(SL)) of the sealant layer (SL) 16 satisfy an equation 1 (Tm(SL)-Tm(AR≥10) when the adhesive resin layer (AR) 15 and/or the sealant layer (SL) 16 have a plurality of melting points, the highest temperature is used as the melting point).
