<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the attaching state of an ink supply needle suitable regardless of the welded state of a filter to a base member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Resin is injected in a fixed part 34 for integrating the ink supply needle 32 with the base member 31 together with the filter while relatively pressing the ink supply needle 32 to the filter side in a mold, so as to uniformly maintain height of the ink supply needle 32 regardless of the welded state of the filter to the base member 31.
