PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding component with a reduced cost and a device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: A returning plunger 10 is composed integrally of a resin part 15 of a bottomed cylindrical shape accommodating a spring 9 and a metal part 16 made of sintered metal sliding with a flat cam part 7a of a rotating operation shaft 7, and a driving plunger 11 is composed integrally of a resin part 17 of a bottomed cylindrical shape accommodating an interior spring or the like and a metal part 18 made of sintered metal mounted on an upper end of the resin part 17 and sliding with a flat cam part 7a of the operation shaft 7.
