<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood panel attaching structure capable of acquiring a sufficient humidity conditioning capacity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wood panel attaching structure is constructed by arranging a plurality of the wood panels 1 and 2 along an indoor wall surface W. The wood panels comprise the first and second wood panels 1 and 2 arranged adjacently to each other; and the first wood panel 1 is separated from the indoor wall surface W, and attached in the state of being arranged ahead of the second wood panel 2. A side edge of the first wood panel 1 is provided with an eaves piece 15 elongated toward the side of the second wood panel; and the eaves piece 15, which covers a section between the first and second wood panels 1 and 2, is arranged at a spacing ahead of a surface of the second wood panel 2.
