<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing jig capable of efficiently fastening thread inserted into the sewing part of a cover sheet by hand sewing, a sewing method using the same and the cover sheet sewn by the sewing method using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sewing jig 10 includes a columnar holding part 12, a columnar core rod 20 extended in an axial direction from an end surface on one side of the holding part 12, and a hook-like thread hooking part 22 projecting from the side surface of the core rod 20 in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction. The thread hooking part 22 and the core rod 20 are made of aluminum, the root of the thread hooking part 22 is embedded and welded to the core rod 20 at a position near the front end of the core rod 20, and the thread hooking part 22 is bent in an almost doglegged shape within a plane orthogonal to the axial direction. Then, a recessed part 24 is formed at an axial direction position where the thread hooking part 22 is formed on the core rod 20, and the front end of the thread hooking part 22 can be seen through the recessed part 24 from the side opposite to the side where the thread hooking part 22 is formed across the axis.
