<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offset caused by the electrification of the surface of a pressure roller and destaticization unevenness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of destaticizing needles are arranged to face the surface of the pressure roller, in such a manner that the tips of the destaticizing needles are positionally deviated or the respective tips of the destaticizing needles are displaced in directions perpendicular to destaticizing needle flat plate surfaces or in such a configuration that the plurality of destaticizing needles are arranged, wherein the intervals of the tips of the destaticizing needles on the downstream side from a fixing nip in the rotational direction of the pressure roller are wider than those on the upstream side.
