<p>The invention relates to wind power engineering. The wind power plant comprises a wind propeller and a generator which are mounted on the same shaft and are accommodated inside a vertical air duct. An outlet section is arranged in the lower part of the duct. An inlet section is mounted on the upper part of the duct with the aid of a hinged joint, wherein the aperture plane of said inlet section is not horizontal and the area of the aperture is not less than that of the duct cross-section. The inlet section is provided, on the side opposite the aperture, with spring-loaded air bypass flaps. The inlet section is provided with a tail fin. The wind propeller is provided with a front fairing. A boundary layer control system in the form of an outwardly open slot, which is made in the duct side wall and is protected by a deflector on the duct outer surface on the side to which the aperture of the inlet section is oriented, is arranged in front of the wind propeller. The deflector is mounted on the inlet section and has, on the lateral edges thereof, outlet holes which are oriented in a direction opposite that of the outlet section aperture. The technical result is that it is possible to control the boundary layer taking into account the wind direction and to increase the efficiency of the wind power plant.</p> |
