PURPOSE: A food concentrate composition for dietary supplement and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain taste and flavor of jujube or Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim while maintaining beneficial components of a material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a food concentrate composition for dietary supplement includes the following steps: washing jujube or Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim leaves; boiling honey to 70-90°C; making a first mixture by mixing the washed raw material and the boiled honey in a container with a mass ratio of 10:2; fermenting the materials for 3 ~ 8 days in 25-28°C; fermenting a second mixture by adding the honey in the materials; and sealing the container.
