<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof sheet and a drain pipe structure allowing a worker to easily observe and check dirt, inside a drain pipe under predetermined requirements and to provide a cleaning method for the drain pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This soundproof sheet 1 provided in a building and being applicable to the drain pipe structure and the cleaning method for the drain pipe includes windows 6, 7 being through holes in the direction of thickness, a closing part 8 for opening and closing the windows, and detachable members 34, 35, 36. The closing part comprises blocking members 32, 33 to be fitted into the windows and blocking for burying the windows, and a closing part body 31 integrated with the blocking members. The detachable members can fix the closing part body around the windows to maintain a state where the closing part buries the windows and can release the fixation.
