<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a puncture-sealing agent effectively preventing gelation of the sealing agent caused by an agglomerate of a rubber latex to improve productivity of the puncture-sealing agent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a puncture-sealing agent comprises: a first mixing step which comprises mixing an antifreezing agent with water to produce a mixed solution A1; a second mixing step which comprises adding dropwise and mixing the mixed solution A1 into a rubber latex solution while stirring to provide a mixed solution A2, and increasing stirring rate as the mixed solution A2 increases in the volume; a third mixing step which comprises mixing the mixed solution A2 and an adhesive. The change in the stirring rate is preferably 0.1-6.0 rpm/mm. The drop rate of the mixed solution A1 is preferably 0.5-500 kg/min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
